Q: Can I have a loft conversion?
A: Most people can convert their loft in some way either by utilising the existing space, which may not need planning permission or by extending the loft to its full capacity with the use of a dormer type construction.
Q. What about Building Regulation and Planning Permission?

Q: How do I go about this?
A: Contact us and we will initially undertake a fact find over the telephone. This is then followed by a visit from one of our professional loft conversion estimators. We can then instruct our architects if so required and we will then be on hand to help you throughout the design and build process.
Q. How long will it take to convert my loft?
A. This depends upon the type and size of your conversion and the interior works you choose to have done. However, we endeavour to complete building work within 10 days for a basic loft to 10 weeks.
Q. What sort of disruption should I expect?
A. Any disruption to the household is kept to a minimum. You can be confident that your loft conversion is constructed by a qualified and highly skilled loft conversions work force, who will carry out the work quickly and efficiently with the minimum disturbance and inconvenience. This may include dust and noise, so our team will vacuum clean each working day.
Q. What guarantees do you give?
A. All structural work is guaranteed for 10 years.
Q: How do I pay?
A: When a price is agreed we will issue you with a contract and payment schedule. This will confirm the start date, upon which you will be required to pay a 5% deposit. Subsequent payments will be staged so you will only pay for work you see is complete thus giving you peace of mind. The last payment of 10% will be paid on inspection of the completed project.
